What you get, when you get it and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Digital product

Everything sold at bobolobokids.com is digital and downloadable. There is no physical shipment, no shipping cost and no transport time.

2. When you get it

Access is immediate. As soon as Stripe confirms payment you are taken to the download page and, in parallel, you receive an email with the link and the receipt.

Under normal conditions the email arrives within a few minutes.

3. What you get

• A4 PDF files, ready to print on any home printer.
• In the Complete pack, additional editable files accessible by link.
• A usage guide with the suggested order and the material list.

4. What you need at your end

• A PDF reader, built into practically every computer, phone and tablet.
• A printer, if you want the materials on paper. A print shop works just as well.
• A free Canva account, only for the editable files in the Complete pack.

5. If the email does not arrive

• Check the spam, promotions and junk folders.
• Check there was no typo in the address given at payment.
• Write to hello@bobolobokids.com from the email used for the purchase. We resend manually, usually the same day.

6. Access over time

The licence is for life. We recommend saving the files to your device or a cloud backup right after purchase, so you do not depend on the download link.

Any updates we make to the pack are sent to the purchase email at no extra cost.
