Refund Policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
How refunds work, how long they take and what you need to do.
1. 14 day guarantee
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, with no need to justify your decision.
This is a commercial guarantee we give on our own initiative and it is more generous than what the law requires for digital products.
2. How to request it
Write to hello@bobolobokids.com with the subject Refund and give the email address used for the purchase and the approximate date. You do not need to explain why.
We confirm receipt and, if you wish, you can tell us what went wrong. That is optional and only helps us improve.
3. Timings
We process the refund within 14 days of receiving the request at the latest, normally the same or the next day.
The refund goes back to the same payment method used for the purchase. How long it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, usually between 5 and 10 working days.
We charge no fee for a refund.
4. Statutory right of withdrawal in the European Union
In distance contracts, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason.
For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, that right is lost once performance begins with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost. Completing the purchase and accessing the files immediately is exactly that situation.
We nevertheless keep the 14 day commercial guarantee described in point 1, which you can use in exactly the same way.
5. Right of regret in Brazil
If you purchased in Brazil, article 49 of the Consumer Defence Code applies: you have seven days from the contract to cancel, with full reimbursement. Our 14 day guarantee is wider and absorbs that period.
6. Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of abuse, in particular repeated purchases followed by refund requests, or redistribution of the files to third parties.
7. Charges you do not recognise
If you see a charge you do not recognise on your statement, write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can identify the transaction and sort it out faster than any formal process.
