Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 31 July 2026

These terms govern the purchase and use of the digital products sold at bobolobokids.com. By completing a purchase you accept them in full.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Camila da Cruz Lucioo, taxpayer number (CPF) 413.009.078-00, based at R. Francisco Inácio Godoy Zerbinatti, 92, Jd. São Rafael 2, CEP 14806-853, Brasil.

Contact: hello@bobolobokids.com. Phone: +55 16 99625-9302.

Camila da Cruz Lucioo is the merchant of record for every sale made on this site and the party that issues the payment receipt.

2. What we sell

Bobolobo Kids sells downloadable digital products: sets of Montessori inspired activities in PDF format, work plans, record sheets and, in some packs, editable files.

We do not sell physical goods, we do not provide childcare services and we are not a nursery or a school.

3. How to buy

The contract is formed at the moment Stripe confirms payment and the confirmation email is sent to you.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include any taxes applicable on the date of purchase. The final amount charged is always the one shown on the payment form before you confirm.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects purchases already completed.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We accept the payment methods Stripe makes available in your country, in particular debit and credit cards and digital wallets.

We do not collect, process or store your card details. Those details travel only between you and Stripe.

6. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. Full conditions are set out in the Delivery Policy.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. The conditions, the timings and what happens to the statutory right of withdrawal are explained in the Refund Policy.

8. Usage licence

Your purchase gives you a licence to use the files, not ownership of them. What you may and may not do is set out in the Usage Licence.

9. Your obligations

10. Activity safety and adult supervision

The activities use everyday objects. Many of them are small and present a choking, cutting or swallowing hazard for young children.

Every activity requires constant adult supervision. It is for the adult to judge whether each activity suits the age, maturity and circumstances of the specific child, and to adapt or skip anything that is not safe.

Bobolobo Kids accepts no liability for accidents, damage or injury arising from carrying out the activities without proper supervision or outside the guidance given.

11. Nature of the content

The materials are Montessori inspired and are educational and recreational in purpose. They do not constitute medical, psychological or specialist educational advice or diagnosis, and they do not replace guidance from qualified professionals.

We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, which depend on each child and on how the materials are used.

Bobolobo Kids has no institutional relationship with, affiliation to or certification from the Association Montessori Internationale or any other body holding trade marks connected with the Montessori method.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the packs, including text, illustrations, icons, photographs, structure and files, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced beyond the scope of the licence granted.

13. Liability

We do our best to keep the site available and the files accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.

Our liability is in any case limited to the amount actually paid for the product concerned, except where the law does not permit such a limitation.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in force when you make it. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer's country of habitual residence.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Before any formal route, write to hello@bobolobokids.com. Most situations are resolved the same day.
